My room was so nice and clean. I loved the fact that they had shampoo and conditioner in the shower. The bed was so comfy I almost didn’t want to get up. And my room had a kitchen.. like with a stove top? Scoreeee. Everytime I come out to Augusta again I’m definitely staying here

We stayed at the Candlewood it was fantastic GIA the manager went above and beyond. She and CeeCee checked us in. We arrived right after a snow storm. Our kids were exhausted and so was I. If your coming for leisure or if your coming for a PCS move or coming for class This the best hotel in Augusta. Breakfast is hot with a southern twist including pancakes every morning, eggs, sausage or crispy bacon. The housekeeping staff always stocked our room with soaps, lotions, and dishwasher soap. And left a nice welcome note for our kiddos. I will never stay anywhere else while in Augusta. Please remember tip house keeping they care! The laundry rooms are free and clean, you can rent out games, crock pots and blinders. Thanks again Gia and the entire team. I’ve lived all over the country and in different counties this has been the best hotel stay we have ever had.

Its a very nice hotel, the rooms are very nice, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is one of three meals so if you are here for a very long time, it might be worth getting some breakfast elsewhere. I am pretty impressed with this hotel! I put 4 stars for location only because it is on a military base. So if you are not a service member or do not have business on the base I am not sure if you are allowed to stay there. Otherwise I am impressed, would definitely stay again.

Here on orders and can't complain. Staff is great, they have social hours with free food weekly, clean rooms with kitchenettes, a far cry from the barracks for sure!

Room service is just ridiculous. I’m not sure what they really do during room service. I moved in and there’s been some hairs on my nightstand, in the bathroom floor and on the coffee table. It’s been 3 weeks I live in this hotel and nothing has been touched. I snapped some pictures and waiting till the day I leave to show them to management. EDIT: I came to my room today after work to find it deep cleaned. I was truly amazed by that. They truly took my review seriously and did a great job this time. I’ll give credit where it’s due!

My daughter was lucky enough to score a weekend pass after graduating BCT. We stayed here Fri- Sun. Nice hotel, staff very friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location right across from the PX. The breakfast was great and well kept up with by the staff. We did have an incident where the fire alarm in our room started going off. Called the front desk and someone was up within 5 minutes of me calling. The alarm reset itself before they got there but apparently the steam from the showers will set them off sometimes. We just chalked that up to “one of them times”. We will definitely stay here again.

Homey, clean and accommodating hotel on Fort Gordon. Our room was cooled down and very clean when we checked in. I love how they even give you a bag of popcorn for your stay. The pool was very enjoyable but had no towels. We easily managed to get some from the front desk. They have a borrow closet that you can borrow games or even a crock pot for long-term stays. Breakfast was decent. The only hot options were egg white omelets with peppers and bacon. They also had a pancake machine. The egg white omelets were gross, but the bacon was good. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will continue to stay here the nights prior to my son's surgeries at the Augusta Burn Center. Having a nice place to stay gives me one less thing to worry about. Also, the location is great. You can literally walk to the Exchange and food court from here!

This is my preferred place to stay in Augusta. You won’t find a better combination of room quality and service at this price anywhere in town. The staff is outstanding and consistently understanding when travel plans change.
